      Pros

      Good working environment, opportunity to work with global colleagues via project collaborations. Flexible, and fun place to work !

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be very stress due to project short schedule and resources constrain in customer oriented project. Over flexible as some people will take for granted to exploit the freedom given by the company.
