      1.Excellent work place and equipped with adequate employee welfare. 2.Rich company cultures since HP and excellent ground for learning 3.Everyone is excited for the big change after being independent company 4.Reputation as premier brand in its class.

      1. Always diluting employee reward scheme since last disastrous business impact in 2007/08. 2. Career advancement opportunity is limited where promotion is based on time line and company financial results rather than milestone achievement 3. Test industry market capital growth rate is of extreme gradual.
