Good pay, good benefits, pretty easy & work alone for most of the day.

Cons

Early start, new schedule setup that eliminates any overtime plus has everyone doing a different route everyday so you don't get to build a relationship with your customers. No room to move up.

Great vendor relationships. Cool industry.

Cons

Super low ball offers for pay at all levels. Lack of trust & employee empowerment. Like doing things they way they have always been done - if you are in innovator, you will be poorly accepted until you go through their unannounced Initiation process. The list goes on for Cons. People only take this job when it's their last option. A lot of turnover at the mid to upper management level. Lack of customer care. Lack if employee care. Nepotism & Good 'ole boy system. A lot of red tape & politics.
