Pros

Good pay, good team environment, and a great company to start with if you are just looking to get your feet wet

Cons

The job consists of answering the phone about 20 times per hour for 8 hours a day, every single day. This is a reactive position, so if you are looking for something where you are being challenged, then this is not the place for you.

Pros

decent wage, nice co-workers, good equipment for the most part, clean working conditions,

Cons

Long hours, Monday thru Thursday 6 am to 4 pm on Fridays you work 12 hours mandatory and on Saturdays its 4 hours mandatory work. You work 6 am to 9:30 am before your first break and here is the kicker its a 10 minute break at the other side of the building. If you smoke then its a 30 second walk to get your coat and then another 30 seconds to the door where you wait inline to get scanned for theft. so by the time you get outside you have already lost three minutes. There is no afternoon break at all, so if you work 12 hours you get one break at 9:30 am and a 30 minute lunch again losing 3 to 4 minutes depending on how long the line is to get scanned. As a type one diabetic working a 12 hour shift it is essential to get an afternoon break. You had to be in the building ten minutes early if your trying to get to work in crappy snowy weather you better not be late and don't call off either because of the roads being bad. It seems to me that the way things are set up is not towards the worker but to benefit the company. Long walks to the break room and coat room and lockers. I would say this is not a worker friendly company at all, i have worked at other companies that actually gave a crap about making sure the worker is treated right and this company is not one of them. Often times the un loaders would complain of not having breaks or a lunch, overwhelming product drops often left fellow employee's dead beat tired at the end of the shifts.
