      Pros

      They are flexible if you need time off.

      Cons

      Working here is not for a person that takes pride in their work. If you are someone who is just trying to show up and do the bare minimum, then you will most likely end up getting promoted. Management is so clueless on how things are actually done and who is doing it..... It will frustrate and discourage you with enough time. Also, the negativity and very poor morale from 90% of your co-workers doesn't help.

      Great work life balance and pay, benefits are good aswell

      Cons

      Can be a little hectic sometimes, lots of phone time and the communication between supervisor and employee can be a little off.
