      Pros

      Great team who truly care about the patients. They encourage you to spend as much time as needed with each patient to totally pamper and spoil them with your time and care. They are one of the good ones!

      Cons

      You have your own patients that you are responsible for meaning you have to get each one individually covered if you are sick or on vacation which is tough.
