For legal purposes, the following statements are my opinion and my opinion only: In your interview they will sell you on the “family” environment they have at Keystone. Don’t be so naive. During your onboarding week of product training they will throw a lot at you. Reiterating the importance of taking it slow and letting the new material soak in (especially if it’s your first week of learning about lights)- “slow process”. Courses on your own are to be taken in “2-3” weeks. Or at your own pace… so they say. Get it done in a week. If you do not know the products within a week. They will create a narrative in their minds that you do not care or are putting in the effort. Regardless of them reiterating the “slow process” to you over and over. If you do not meet their standards, you’re gone. They’re not afraid to axe you and waste your time and energy. Communication is not so black and white. There are extreme cracks in their system and it starts with the two who are leading the training. Extremely insincere, unprofessional, unfair and a waste of time, I would not recommend it.
