Pros

Everyone at Keystone is friendly; they embody the values the company has. The CEO is also someone that handles feedback very well and is open to any suggestions to make Keystone a better place every day. The HR team plays a vital role in ensuring everything is smooth and communicated to everyone in an appropriate manner. The company's culture is excellent; managers are understanding and flexible when needed. Work-life balance is excellent. It is a super casual environment and welcoming company for anyone hired. The communication, flexibility, ability to take feedback, and making sure that anyone working remotely or has a hybrid schedule are still engaged.

Cons

The 401k plan is being revisited to make it a better plan. This is great because not many employers would review their benefits, but Keystone listens to their employees, ensuring their feedback is taken and worked on.

Pros

Working at Keystone has been a great opportunity. I love the atmosphere and most of all enjoy working with everyone at Keystone. Keystone is a place that has allowed me to grow in my career and with a team that is very talented and knowledgeable. Keystone has really extended its family even during COVID and we have all really worked together to continue to support each-other and do whats best for the customers and the employees. We have implemented new structure that keeps not only our employees safe but everyone who enters our buildings and our Keystone Live on Tour! I really love working for Keystone!

Cons

I can't think of anything that stands out! Keystone has been a great place to work and we are constantly finding ways to work harder and easier!
