I got my I-140 within 14 months, multiple performance increases, long term stable projects, regular events for consultant and core employees, and close relations with clients.
Cons
no paid leaves aside from 10 or so client closures.
Being a Contracting company, they follow standard procedure. They help you with any standard issues. Everything will work good as long as you're on contact and you have good feedback from the client
Cons
1. Its very difficult for H1 employees. If you're contract is over you're supposed to find a new position in 1 month. If you are not able to find some, you will be terminated.
2. They pay lowest wages among big vendor companies.
3. Once your contract is over, you will see the other side of recruiters. You will not be treated good.
