So THIS is what a company SHOULD be!

Pros

Compassionate management, very employee focused. Pushes you to do your best while providing the support to help make it happen. I see true teamwork between our various IT departments to help make the firm a continued success and leader in the staffing industry. We have great communication from our senior leadership on a regular basis, so that everyone in the company has a view to how our company is performing and where we are heading.

Cons

We could do better at ensuring some processes are followed between offices/departments. I feel that is being worked on, so I'm looking forward to that improvement.
