      No Benefits, No Pay increases

      Pros

      -Helps you find new projects faster -Work-Life Balance is based on the end client. The current end client offers a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      -Only helps you find a project if the current one is expired or you were let go due to a leadership change -No benefits -Not even a single day of PTO -Provided Insurance sucks -If you ask for a pay increase, it will be less than 25 cents even after 2-3 years -Your pay will decrease if filing for H1B

      Too much support

      Pros

      Helpful people and a seemingly healthy culture. Open to direct conversations and everyone present a sense of wanting to find the best for you.

      Cons

      Too much overhead and not really helpful support. I usually left wondering, what do they actually do for me?
