      Pros

      It's motivating to be surrounded by teammates that care about one another, leaders that listen and support, and an environment of transparency where everyone knows our company's direction, initiatives, and our status amongst our competition and investors. Nowhere is perfect, but I'm passionate about making it better here because so many things are already being done the right way.

      Cons

      Hard to see some coworkers go - that's part of work though. Retaining talent is a challenge for virtually every employer, but this is an area that senior leadership is aware of and I trust those in authority to continuously explore possibilities to ensure we're rewarding talent and production as equitably as possible while still fostering the growth of the company.
