Pros

Work from home flexibility, Training is decent, Attainable metrics

Cons

Outdated technology/Systems, low commission scheme, lack of culture, teach you systems/usage but not how to be a good recruiter. Time utilization could be better, tons of meetings to go over things that have not changed in the last 5 hours since the last meeting.
