      Fun people and the higher ups do attempt to create a community feeling

      Cons

      The execs don't shut up about their values and how much they care, but we never received raises in the 3 years I was working there.

      Pros

      Leadership-Leadership on all levels are extremely approachable, kind, genuinely cares about people, strategic and forward thinking. Opportunity-If you want to grow in your career, Kforce is a great place for it. I have seen so many people grow their careers here! Values-I love our corporate values...but I love that it is actually practiced and we are held accountable to them. I am proud to say that I work for Kforce. I left Kforce for another staffing firm for less than a year and returned because I missed the culture, leadership and great people.

      I can't think of any significant ones to mention, I feel grateful to work for Kforce.
