      base pay was good commision structure was not transparent

      Cons

      burn and churn environment i was there for 6 months and in that time roughly 15 people had been fired or left for another company

      Pros

      Fellow recruiters are fun to work with. That is all the comp plan changed and all the good things went away.

      Cons

      Commission structure changed and there are no clear answers from management. No leadership. No information, just put your head down and don't ask questions type environment. Training is a joke. Hang you out to dry, sink or swim. Worst staffing agency I have worked for.

      Just like a sorority. This can definitely be fun since you are usually within the same age group and share interests.

      Pros

      Mixed professional backgrounds of employees, coworkers can range from someone's first job to a previous executive. This can create problems when there are such extremes in experience.

      Cons

      If you do not make your coworkers priority #1 in your professional and personal life you will NOT succeed. There is no line between professional and personal life. Not a part of the clique, you will be gone.
