      Pros

      Working model and office occasional mindset has made work-life balance much easier for me to manage. Excellent sense of teamwork and culture even in remote setting. Good compensation.

      -Leadership/your peers offer support whenever needed. -Met some great people through the company

      Cons

      There is a lot to say but the main con is the fact that people are let go every week. There is no job stability. They make it seem like the market going down is the teams fault. You will log on every day not knowing if it is your last. This causes extremely high stress. With the market going down, the whole structure of the company changed. When I started, I was told we were remote only. The CEO sent out an email and had multiple meetings with us expressing this point. Months later, when the market goes down, we are told we will be hybrid. Leadership says this has always been a possibly which is not what anyone was told originally. There is a lack of trust and a lack of stability within kforce. Leadership wants what is best for numbers, not employees. That is evident with the fact there are very few people who have been with kforce more than 2 years on ISS. If you want to feel like the work you are doing will actually yield results, I would look elsewhere.

      Sometimes feels ambiguos due to client dependence.
