      Pros

      Easy interview process. Have tied up with lots of clients. Mostly only one client interview Very good immigration team.

      Cons

      Less compensation. Fewer benefits. No PTL (on We fulltime)

      Overall Decent Company - Very Team Dependent

      Pros

      Flexibility with work schedule. Decent vacation. You get the week off between Christmas and New Years in addition to the 17 days (including any sick days) and around 7-8 holidays. Overall good company culture - team building somewhat regularly. Most teams are fun and laid back.

      Cons

      Management is being pushed to focus heavily on numbers. There is a good amount of leeway when you first start. Pressure starts getting put on though and you will get put on a performance plan without hesitation thereafter. Some management expects you to do all business development during working hours which means you should be logging all your notes and prepping for the next day outside of 8-5. There have been multiple layoffs recently as well.
