Pros

Decent starting salary for people new to the staffing industry. Great coworkers and mostly positive culture. Management is usually there to help with training and anything else you need.

Cons

Commission structure is very poor and it's very hard to make commission in your first year, or at all. The staffing industry is very saturated and there's a lot of competition in the Chicago market. Cold calling every day - unless you enjoy cold calling.

Lots of turnover. Little training. Time it takes to start earning commissions. Benefits.
