      Coworkers, location, work from home flexibility, team building

      Cons

      Pay expectation and timing for you to get there is not relayed realistically. You cannot make commission at this job from day one.

      - offer remote work around most countries - growth - transparency with managers

      Cons

      - benefits aren't the greatest - little or difficult growth within the company to be promoted -salaries aren't aligned with current economic state

      Great... until its not

      Pros

      Great training and support when you start Pay is decent Home Office and they pay for some items like stand desk or nice chair

      Cons

      To be successful, you will have to give up any type of life. You will work 80 hours a week. No work life balance at all. They say they do not micromanage you, that's a lie, you meet twice a day and must give details on what you did for the day. Bonuses are not as good as you think, they tell you its market, it is way below market for other recruiters. Too much competition, they over hired and many, many people are working on the same jobs to fill. You are only as good as your sales team-if they are not getting jobs, you are not getting jobs and have to work on stuff out of your area. Managers have favorites, if you are not one, you are done.
