Pros
- like the title says, there's no "cutthroat" style here. people really appreciate each other and we all succeed - small office. they're looking to grow currently. but having the small office is really nice. Staying in touch with the directors is not a valiant effort - great culture. we have high activity days called "gauntlets" where we have a lot of fun while working super hard and they're typically themed (football, Halloween, ugly Christmas sweater) - Compensation structure exceeds market rate for the position
Cons
- If you're looking for a typical 8-5, this would not be the place to be. you sometimes NEED to bring home work to succeed, whether it be sourcing or sending out emails. Although it is a small bit to take home, it's well worth the payoff
