I literally felt like I was in high school. They tend to hire unprofessional and childish individuals. Managers often time use a micro management tactic. Quantity of calls versus quality. Be fully prepared to build your own book of business on the direct hire team.

very very cliquey. 80% of day is spent IMing other co workers and talking badly/making fun of others. some leaders are good- some bully, micromange and try to lead by fear. very hard to make good money but you can if you get lucky with some accounts and want to put in 12 hour days. be expected to work nights and weekends and answer bosses emails at 11pm at night when you are trying to sleep. bullying and micromanaging is really beyond words. avoid.
