      Company is extremely KPI focused. It's all about the numbers. If you want to know what extreme stress, pressure, and micromanaging feels like, then this is the perfect job for you.

      WFH and never having to go to the office.

      Cons

      The pay structure is awful and way below market rate for the roles we do and the workload of 2-3 ppl at a time. Most places give an 8-10% bonus at the end of the year and another 7% raise. This 2.5% won’t even cover the rising cost of everting. At this rate I’m making less than I was when I was hired. The benefits package is awful you pay so much each month and it covers nothing. Urgent care cost me almost $700 and I have the gold plan.
