Before joining they talk with you very sweetly after you join will come to know the real face of the kforce management. they dont even care you. You will come to know about kforce once you finish your first contract. Then they will start telling you all the rules and regulation. they dont pay you on bench, pay you very less and the bench period is just one month after that Kforce revoke your visa. poor marketing and untill you get your date from your client they will not start your marketing. Very small clients and all project are for 6 months. They will lie about your bench policies. And your allowed to take only 30 days leave in a year, if you take beyond that then they will revoke your visa.

Contract time usually 2-3 weeks, the most time I had here is 3 month for a project.
