      -Tons of autonomy -Everyone supports you, gives advice, and enables you to thrive -Lots of remote/hybrid flexibility -The harder you work the more successful you become here

      -Like any big organization there are a lot of changes that happen pretty often

      Straightforward but Steep Path to Success

      Pros

      You can source for job openings across the country, not just in your office, so your earning potential is pretty much limitless. Speaking with tech professionals from all backgrounds is fascinating. You get to help people! C-Suite all did the job you're doing, so they know what it's like, and they're transparent.

      Cons

      Steep learning curve and a lot of self-teaching. Hard to convince yourself to close your laptop because there's always more you can be doing. Fake candidates, but you'll find those at any staffing firm.
