Very little beneficial training. Lots of advertisement for training, but it is not relevant

Pros

The contract position offers a high hourly rate.

Cons

You don't get any feedback from HR about your progress and work. They don't have a Bench concept, so if your client project is over, you will not have any pay. Moreover, if you are on H1b, your 60 days clock will start right away which is ALARMING. Their rates don't improve over time as inflation.

Pros

No one will bother you after work hours. You finish your work for the client and you are free. 17 days PTO for paid employees.

Cons

No learning of new techs
