Pros

Experienced sales people will help you. When they get free time. Which is very rare. Since the culture is all about how hard you can work.

Cons

Extreme micro managing. Not much freedom to go out, and just do your job. Everything you do throughout the day. You have to keep tallies on. Then write a synopsis of you day and send to the entire sales team. Industry is incredibly saturated. Spend 8 hours a day prospecting. Might be lucky to talk with 1 person a day. Only way to now get an account there. Is if someone leaves and you are given the account.
