      Great onboarding process, great new hire training, leadership has been amazing. Everyone was so helpful and helps me to continue to grow here

      Mostly cold calling and numbers for call volume was high. Little WLB

      Not a great culture anymore

      Pros

      - Pays well - Provides tools for you to be successful - Team members are great to work with and they care about each other - Financial growth

      Cons

      - Forced people to come back into the office. - Allows some employees to work remote but forces other employees to drive over an hour to go into the office. - leadership isn’t great - Kforce used to be a company that cared a lot about their employees but now they only care about numbers. - Culture is lacking due to mid management being forced to push numbers on their employees coming from the top. - The new moto is either hit your numbers or leave… - No room for advancement - Benefits aren’t great
