Pros

Good place to learn the business but only if you're fortunate enough to have a good manager (which is hard to come by).

Cons

Mid to Senior level management is pretty bad, so many seem disconnected to the teams the "lead." No real training involved which would be fine if they didn't tell to you to expect it. Pay is poor for internal associates. Tries to mask their draw comp plan as a "base plus commission." Treats sales staff as though they are in a call center. Poor culture, offices are divided and typically different teams don't even know the others names (i.e. F&A won't know who is on IT). High turnover. C-level management is a joke, old boys club to the extreme. Very flat organization, they hardly promote from within and it's nearly impossible to grow as a professional.
