      No one really loves what they do there, don’t believe their slogan.

      They help people get jobs

      Cons

      They tell you during training that it will take you 6 months to figure out recruiting for new recruiters, then fire you 5 days before your 6 months because you had 3 bad weeks. Put you on a PIP plan that you followed, and still let you go. They have a referral program for anyone, but won’t pay out the referral bonus if they fire you and you can’t follow up with them because it’s internal.

      Pros

      Great work culture, competitive salary/commission - the more you put into your work the more get out of it, tons of opportunity for growth (again what you put into your work is what you get out of it), work/life balance with “office occasional” model (WFH and only go into the office if you want)

      Cons

      No true Cons about the company itself. Great leadership top to bottom. But you deal with all kinds of people so you run into the occasional difficult person/people to work with.
