Great place to start your career/entry level
Pros
You gain a lot of on the job experience / knowledge. If you are recent grad this is a great place to start your employment journey. The team culture is great, everyone has the same team first attitude and always willing to help each other out. Leadership on my team is very supportive and down to earth, easy to ask questions or go to if you’ve made a mistake and need help.
Cons
Limited opportunities to move up on certain teams w/ many people in the same role across the country. Especially because a lot of the department is very tenured and not going anywhere any time soon. Easy to become stagnant if no more challenges are available to you. Kforce needs to reevaluate their compensation strategies to stay competitive in the job market and account for the increase in cost of living expenses and sky rocketing inflation . A lot of job-commissionable employees are not getting the compensation they are worth.
