Most of the people at Kforce are pretty professional. Immigration process is pretty good.

Cons

No salary increase, no paid holidays, another staffing company that use you and leave you when you have no client.

Pros

Kforce provides access to solid enterprise-level projects, especially for Cloud and DevOps roles. Recruiters and account managers communicate regularly and help with redeployment. Work-life balance depends on the client but is generally good. Payroll is smooth, and onboarding is fast. The company is reliable and professional in handling immigration and documentation.

Cons

Benefits could be more competitive compared to full-time roles. Limited connection with the internal Kforce team once placed at a client. Career growth depends heavily on the client environment. Training resources are available but not as extensive as some competitors.
