      Flexible schedule Remote Employee-centered Progressive Welcoming environment

      Cons

      Can't say I have run in to any. Each team is run a little differently from each other, but all management is competent and teams are successful. There is plenty of help for any employee who needs it, regular meetings to check in with the employee. Care about employee's personal life and help to make sure the individual has what they need for a healthy life all around.

      Fully remote, nice people, very flexible with hours and stuff (though the job definitely will require more thn 40 hours for people who aren't seasoned vets)

      Cons

      Not much guidance, you have to figure everything on your own basically.
