      - Flexibility to manage one's own schedule, no micro-managing - Given the tools to succeed - Emphasis on maintaining a work-life balance - Decision making based on a long term framework versus a shotgun approach

      Cons

      - Often times way too many decision makers need to be involved to move things forward.

      Kforce has done an excellent job adapting to the remote-centric work environment and truly cares about the well-being of it's employees, clients and consultants.

      Once you sign a contract, they'll completely ignore you until it's time for your contract to renew.

      Pros

      Just happened to work with a company that needed someone with exactly my experience but other than that, pretty useless. Though it was nice to be a W2 instead of a 1099, though it's not like they treat you like you work for them.

      Cons

      Horrible communication after signing contract. TONS of turnover so you're always being reassigned to someone else who has no idea who you are or what you do. No support for any HR type needs. Really bad at finding new contracts after an initial contact, but that's probably in the business model.
