      My co-workers were incompetent

      Pros

      None come to mind, honestly. Run, don't walk, away from these people.

      Cons

      General incompetence. Recruiters who don't know anything about a field, recruiting workers for that field. Horrible communications skills. I was constantly embarrassed by co-workers who would lie or anything else to get their numbers of prospects up, and know it was wasted effort.

      Great opportunity to make big $$$, lots to learn and ever changing, not monotonous at all, wonderful people, intrinsic value to our work, flexibility to work from home and flex hours as needed

      Cons

      Being available to candidates sometimes off hours, unpredictability of candidates/people
