      Paid Salary on time. No issues with that.

      Cons

      Communication barrier among different departments. Quite cahllenging to get a response from recruiter/HR/submitted tickets.

      Will learn a lot A lot of team outings Close "culture" A lot of people around the same age

      Cons

      Will put you on a PIP to try and get more work out of you, not just for firing purposes Micro-management If you're not working overtime, you're not doing enough, the standard hours aren't good enough Care more about checking a box than actual outcome

      Pros

      There are some good people who are genuine and caring.

      Cons

      Kforce is still a good old boys club with very few women at the top and hardly any diversity. Senior leaders have their favorites that they promote over and over again. Senior management that have been let go are shown the door without any compassion or fair treatment.
