Where do I start? Leadership is clueless, all brainwashed. I was a top performer and was bombarded by meetings talking about the same things over and over and over. There’s been a disconnect lately as they are wanting to be seen as more of a consulting company. Making a lot of changes and no clear direction. Things took a downturn once they let go of Kye Mitchell. Big mistake. Culture, of course this depends by office but ours was horrendous. Top performers do not always make the best leaders.

Despite claims to the contrary, the management style here is very micromanaged. Senior leadership follows outdated methods and lacks genuine technological insight. For a company that brands itself as a tech firm, they hardly utilize the technology they've invested in, and few employees understand it. Sales are primarily relationship-based, with little emphasis on teaching problem-solving or effective sales techniques, especially at the leadership level
