      Micromanagement - bad leadership

      Pros

      Most of the people you work with are nice people.

      Cons

      Direct supervisor never respected my time outside of work. Would get calls during funerals and scheduled PTO constantly. Leadership will never listen to your concerns and you are often reprimanded for voicing them. They made our team fill out a positive review the best places to work survey. Barely any team members are still there that I had originally started with.

      Great foundation builder

      Pros

      -Really helps to build a foundation for recruiting -Ability to learn the industry/candidate management -Fun culture at times -Ability to make commission (takes awhile)

      Cons

      -Super low pay for long hours (entry is normally $40-50k base and it'll take awhile to build up to any kind of commission) -Toxic office politics -GRINDDDDDD - they do not care about you as a person -Long hours (it looks bad to work your normal hours, they want to see you coming in early and staying late, otherwise you're "not tying hard enough") -Limited growth unless you're a suck up to upper management

      Very old school mentality. Tech stack is not the best.
