      Pros

      Great company culture. I feel recognized and appreciated for the work I put in. I feel I have the ability to work independently and have check-ins with leadership when needed. The work-life balance is ideal. You are expected to put in hard work but encouraged to take time for yourself and family. People love working here and it is obvious by the number of long tenured employees. If you have the chance to be a part of this team and culture, say YES!

      Cons

      No place is perfect and there are some processes and procedures that are antiquated. However, they are always being considered and looked at for improvement. Things may take a little longer but does not mean they are not getting worked on.

      It feels like a company that cares about your well being. Comp isn’t great but working from home is nice and the benefits are good

      Sometimes there’s some disorganization within the company. Has been high turnover lately
