      Pros

      Great positive team to work with. Really competitive.

      Cons

      I had to resign. I ended up getting my first ever hire. It was during the time I was still working. I was under the impression I was going to get the commission. I reached out to someone and they said I was not going to get that part of the sale. That was really disappointing considering I got that person to be hired while I worked there.

      Obnoxious Health Insurance coverage

      Pros

      They have deep contacts with many Fortune 500 companies and finding a project is not that tough.

      Cons

      One of the worst insurance offerings that I have ever seen. Very pricey and not a lot of options to choose from. Most important thing is about their medical coverage, It will be active only when the enrollment period begins or after 1 month of joining in some cases. This is obnoxious and worst thing about this company. If something happens to you/your family then you have to wait till your insurance is active. For this reason, I would not recommend anyone joining this company. Worst policy ever by a mediocre company.
