Pros

Company culture is all about positivity. In many ways, you're your own boss managing a business within a business. Lot's of company perks, like staff outings, vacation time, holidays off, the freedom to choose job reqs, lots of laughs in the office, no limit to how much you can make.

Cons

Not your standard 9 - 5, but that comes with a position that's salaried and also commission-based. The office culture was a bit like a frat house at times.
