      fun coworkers, lively work environment, office parties, opportunities to earn extra money, free coffee (lol)

      Cons

      horrible management, ZERO work-life balance, clique-y, cut-throat, this company has no regard for its candidates and only cares about making money, management doesn't like when you ask questions, management talks down to you/gossips about you behind your back. this company does not value intelligence and talent.

      Exposure to the industry and great coworkers

      Cons

      Account Manager/Recruiter relationship can be toxic (they will yell in your face), absolutely zero training unless you're a favorite, burnout is real (hitting dial numbers daily), don't even think about building relationships with candidates ...It's a numbers game, no healthy work/life balance
