Pros

Kforce has been such a great company for me. It has allowed me to learn, grow and advance my career. They have been very flexible with me becoming a new mom and have a fantastic value core system. My leadership team is very supportive and open.

Cons

There are no cons, I have had a great experience working here.

Good opportunity for Jr. Recruiters but beware

Pros

If you work hard and don't mind working extra hours, the top performers make a lot of money off commission. Thankful for what that did for me personally and for my career. You get to recruit on a wide variety of things. If you're interested in a career in recruiting, its an excellent place to start. The teams (regardless of office from my experience) are generally pretty fun people.

Cons

Management does a good job of trying to distill the cutthroat reputation of Staffing and maybe they're better than other companies. With that said, everyone is just a paycheck to the person above them and there's few exceptions from that. They view you as replaceable - it's just hard to tell until you're in management meetings. Being in the office often reminded me of college / greek life. There's a lot of people just there for a good time rather then learning skills and performing. There's a gossipy culture that feels like High School. It took me leaving to realize thats not normal in an office setting.
