Pros

Kforce cares! Period. Anytime I have an opinion, idea, or way of doing something, I always feel heard and that is important to me! The company culture is great, and I LOVE the flexible work/life balance that Kforce is all about!

Cons

This one is tough because I have nothing but good things to say about this Company, BUT there is always room for improvement no matter what you do or where you work. I would love to see more programs in place for employees to go and feel safe in sharing whatever they may need help with.

Confident, Hands On, Friendly, Competitive Salaries, Great Job Placement, Comfortable Setting, Wonderful Employee Relations, Diligent.

Cons

Had some issues with the online timesheet portal, but they were alleviated quickly and efficiently.
