      Pros

      Great family-oriented, friendly, challenging and exciting work environment. Management is very thoughtful when it comes to giving time off for holidays, considering personal time, and rewarding you for great achievements and reaching new milestones (early Friday release if you meet team goals). Great base pay out of college with opportunity to make commission on top of that and grow with company.

      Cons

      Personal & team 'metrics driven' environment often makes for high stress levels.

      Pros

      Great culture, Senior Management has an open-door policy. An office of true professionals who personify true teamwork.

      Cons

      My commute is not the best but that's par for the course in this area.
