      Pros

      Strong, ethical corporate culture. Place customers first.

      Cons

      Some senior leaders are very tunnel visioned, holding the company and progressive employees back. Some leaders only pay lip service to the corporate vision & principals. Don't "walk the walk".

      The employees at Kforce have a true passion for creating a personal connection with clients from start to end. The friendly service I was provided has turned into great friendships and exceeded my expectation of other competitors that I previously worked with. Kforce is always looking out for their clients best interests and puts clients first. The company I work for will continue using Kforce for to fill future positions. I recommend Kforce to any businesses looking to acquire top talent or any individuals who are looking to find a position.
