      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to earn, excellent camaraderie, supportive team/learning atmosphere, comfortable pace for me personally, good central location for clients and employees, good benefits, clear pathways for promotions etc - never expected this from a staffing firm. It is different here. In a good way and they are rolling out company culture/incentive/branding that will mean even more of the good stuff.

      Cons

      I am very happy with my position, work/life balance has been a huge blessing for my family, compensation is very fair when considering all the ways you can earn extra. So, none.
