      Pros

      Invest in employees , keep their wordings , all the direct clients , excellent support for anything. Great tools to people management.

      Cons

      I would say i dont see any. The 401 is something that employer share goes vested year by year.

      Pros

      They are flexible with schedules once you hit target monthly goals. Care about their employees

      Cons

      Work/life balance is tough. Training can be great but some management is lazy and does not really care.

      Pros

      Kforce lives out its Core Values of respect, integrity, trust, exceptional service, fun, commitment, stewardship and community. They truly care about their employees. Flexible schedules; work from home one day per week, recognition of employees with trips and cruises to tropical locations. Employees really like each other and help each other. The leaders are involved and care; they're very approachable.

      Cons

      Insurance benefits could be better; some leaders need management training
