      Best Immigration Team and Preference given to Employee not the Project

      Pros

      No issues with immigration and paperwork They are prompt with the green card process Communicating with us about how the project is going and whether we need any change in assignment.

      Cons

      No Paid time off: Thats the only thing i can think of

      Pros

      I'm proud to work for Kforce. Our leaders value community & stewardship, work/life balance and FUN! There is opportunity to work remotely. Mentorship is huge at Kforce. We are encouraged to meet with our managers one-on-one once a week, which is very different from other companies I've worked at. I am constantly being driven to be better at my job, and have gained skills at Kforce that I will always carry with me.

      Cons

      I'd love more PTO but 3 weeks to start isn't terrible.
