      I can't say enough about my experiences at Kforce. As part of the Corporate HQ, I've had incredible mentors throughout the years, as well as the opportunity to grow my position as well as my team. I have found that the executives are open to your opinion and listen to employees needs. They truly care about you, your family, and your career.

      Cons

      My only con is that I live in meetings! We are very structured and I have days where I'm in meetings for all 8 hours. I do think they can be productive sometimes, but I wish we could adjust our dependency on them at Corporate.
