      Pros

      Kforce provides a lot of growth opportunity for those who are willing to work for it. There are a lot of hard days but the rewards are endless. The culture and atmosphere is truly like a family environment. Very much a work hard, play hard environment. I am always impressed with the professional education and training opportunities that are available for associates. We have some amazing tools to help us be successful.

      Cons

      Our industry is no longer cookie cutter so KPIs can really vary role by role and I think an individual's success should be more holistically measured. Not all leaders are on the same page here.
